Product Limited Warranty
Date: January 1, 2015
A. VAOPTO warrants three (3) years limited warranty for its products as indicated below:
LED Lightings
VAOPTO, at its sole option, will repair or replace, F.O.B. our office, freight prepaid, any above-mentioned VAOPTO product defective (no light) in workmanship or materials. Such repair or replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy against VAOPTO and is limited to three (3) years from date identified on the label. VAOPTO reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace.
No charge-back, or charge for labor or material, that does not have VAOPTO’s prior written approval from its Corporate Offices will be honored, accepted or paid by VAOPTO. VAOPTO will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages in connection with any breach of its aforementioned limited warranty.
B. VAOPTO will not be responsible for any products subjected to inappropriate application or installed or modified in any way that is not in accordance with VAOPTO’s instructions.
C. No agent, employee or representative of VAOPTO has any authority to bind VAOPTO to any other affirmation, representation or warranty concerning goods sold by VAOPTO.
